The project's location, between Hollywood Blvd and Sunset Blvd, is truly at the epicenter of downtown Hollywood and ground zero for the massive revitalization effort currently underway. THE PROJECT

THE BISTRO

Currently a vacant, 4,000 square-foot ground-floor retail space in the 1920's-built Marion Building on Cahuenga Boulevard Hollywood's newest dining option, will soon be transformed into a European-style bistro serving up classic French / American fare in a sophisticated indoor / outdoor setting. The 144-seat restaurant will feature authentic brasserie design reminiscent of NY's Balthazar or Pastis, with every detail purposeful and calculated to set the stage for a chic meal one might enjoy on the Boulevard Saint-Michel.


CLUB + LOUNGE


Located next door to the restaurant on Cahuenga Boulevard, in an existing 3,000 square foot space currently operating as a bar / nightspot, a swank new Hollywood favorite will soon be born. With decadent, retro-modern décor celebrating its early Hollywood roots, this posh lounge / nightclub will offer a sexy and stylish setting tailor-made for a celeb clientele, as well as locals, hotel guests and others "in the know."


THE ALLEY


One of the most distinctive and engaging features of this project will come to life quite unexpectedly, in what is presently a run-down alley between a parking garage and a tired, half-vacant commercial building. Transformed into a beautifully illuminated, vibrant and interactive experience, this space will become the heart and soul of the new enclave, integrating each of the uses and creating a dynamic meeting place, hangout and focal point for the project.
