The Hyatt Place project is a 120,000 square foot, 188-room Hyatt Place branded hotel located on a 1.19-acre lot in Athens, Georgia. The hotel is planned to be attached to the existing Classic Center, a premier award winning convention center and performing arts theatre that it utilized by the regional community and the University of Georgia.
The Hyatt Project is projected to have approximately 4,000 square feet of meeting space, a restaurant/ lounge and other amenities similar to comparable select service hotels.
