EB-5 Capital Funded through American Dream Fund: $20 Million (USD)

American Dream Fund raised late stage capital for two prominent properties in the W Hotel including the Delphine Restaurant. Delphine is an approximate 6,300 square foot, 188-seat restaurant that offers a high end Mediterranean French dining experience for the Hollywood community and hotel patrons.

The “Living Room” and “Station” bars (part of Delphine) are the centerpiece for almost every W hotel.  The Living Room is a 4,000-square foot space located at the heart of the W Hotel.  The Station is a 3,600-square foot courtyard bar adjacent to (and an outdoor extension of) the Living Room.
